Video of Tim Allen flashing Home Improvement co-star resurfaces as Pamela Anderson doubles down on shock claims

A clip of Tim Allen flashing co-star Patricia Richardson on the set of Home Improvement has resurfaced amid claims he did the same to Pamela Anderson.

Although the actor vehemently denied Anderson's claims he exposed himself to her while they starred on the popular sitcom back in the '90s, there's no denying Allen did flash Richardson – who played his onscreen wife, Jill Taylor – during an outtake of filming.

In the resurfaced behind-the-scenes blooper reel, Allen can be seen wearing a kilt as Richardson jokes: "Hangs long, I just wish it was shorter."

The camera does not show what's under it, but Allen then playfully lifts his kilt to flash his co-star before the pair burst into laughter in front of a live studio audience. 

In a statement later shared with TMZ, Richardson clarified Allen was not naked under the kilt.

"People ask me what was under the kilt when he flashed me, he was well dressed under there, I was just shocked that he lifted the kilt, not by a man in boxer shorts," she told the outlet.

It is in her upcoming memoir, Love, Pamela, that Anderson made claims of inappropriate behavior by Allen. In an excerpt obtained by Variety, the Baywatch alum claimed the alleged incident happened on her first day of filming Home Improvement when she was 23 years old.

"On the first day of filming, I walked out of my dressing room, and Tim was in the hallway in his robe. He opened his robe and flashed me quickly – completely naked underneath," she wrote. 

"He said it was only fair because he had seen me naked. Now we're even. I laughed uncomfortably."

It's believed Allen, who was 37 at the time, was likely referring to Anderson's early days modelling for Playboy in 1990. 

Allen has since responded to her allegations, telling TMZ he never "flashed" the actress.

"No, it never happened. I would never do such a thing," he told the outlet.

Hour after he released a statement, Anderson said she had "no ill will" towards Allen, but she needed to speak her truth.

"This true story is just one of many surreal and uncomfortable situations I learned to navigate," she told Vanity FairMy book goes into how it made me feel over the course of my life and, in this case, my career. I have no ill will toward Tim. But like the rest, it should never have happened."

Home Improvement ran from 1991 to 1999, of which Anderson only stayed for two seasons, playing Allen's sidekick Lisa the Tool Time Girl. After 23 episodes, she left in 1992 to star in Baywatch.
