They did what?! The shock onstage makeout that rocked the 2015 AMAs

They had one of the year's biggest duets, but no-one expected these two to maul each other's faces after performing at the 2015 American Music Awards. Warning: Tongue-twisting sloppiness above!

Yup, Meghan Trainor and Charlie Puth took their song 'Marvin Gaye' super seriously and decided to "get it on".

They kinda look like it's the first makeout sesh they've ever had in their lives…there's nose-squashing, bum-grabbing, saliva-swapping and a very big "whoa" from the shocked audience.

So does this mean they're on? Twitter certainly think so.

But in an official post-show interview, Charlie clarified: "We're friends and it's all part of my whole vision when I made 'Marvin Gaye', for people to hear the record and spontaneously make out with each other. That was the goal tonight for the live show."

We're still convinced, though.
