The Bachelorette Australia: Contestant to have rose taken away in dramatic moment

The Bachelorette Australia is expected to go into overdrive this week with one contestant believed to have his rose taken away in an explosive moment.

In a first for the TV show, Angie Kent will hand out a rose in this week's episode before changing her mind and asking for it back, according to TV Week.

It's currently unknown which suitor this involves, but it's safe to assume it won't be Carlin Sterritt, Jackson Garlick, Ryan Anderson or Timm Hanly as these contestants were already revealed as the final four in recently leaked photos.

That leaves Alex McKay, Haydn Trick, Jamie Doran, Ciarran Stott and Matt Whyatt as the potential contestants who butt heads with Angie.

If you listen closely to the teaser for this week's episode, you can hear one of the men say "she took his rose back."

Meanwhile, in an upcoming episode, one of the "frontrunners" is expected to leave before the finale airs due to a family death, an insider told the Daily Mail.

It's unclear at this stage whether this contestant leaves before the final four are revealed or after.

"The news sent shockwaves through the show, but everybody understood and respected his decision to go and be with his family," the insider said.

Based on a number of factors like the betting odds, sibling seal of approval, and being the recipient of the 24-hour rose — we've already picked Carlin as the frontrunner on the show.
