The Bachelor's Megan Marx considering legal action over leaked nude photos: 'It's a breach of my trust'

Ex-The Bachelor contestant Megan Marx doesn't have a problem with nudity.

But according to The Daily Telegraph, the 27 year old from Perth is considering legal action over recently leaked photos of her sleeping in the nude.

Since walking out on Richie Strahan earlier this season on The Bachelor, Megan has posted numerous sexy Instagram photos featuring herself and Tiffany Scanlon, another one of Richie's former bachelorettes and Megan's rumoured girlfriend.

The sleeping pics that have circulated without her consent, however, have left her feeling violated.

"Obviously, if someone's taken [naked] pictures of you sleeping it's incredibly weird and creepy and inappropriate," she said.

"It just shows that you don't ever fully know anybody. It's quite horrific."

Megan was actually unaware that the photos were being leaked until receiving a phone call from The Daily Telegraph.

"At this point, I'm still in a bit of shock," she added. "I haven't even seen the photos myself."

Marx did reveal that she has an idea who the culprit might be.

"From what I can gather, it was someone that I cared quite a lot about who took them," she said. "It's definitely a breach of my trust and my privacy.

"I have a pretty good idea of who it was, but I've had a couple of ex-boyfriends so I can't confirm. I definitely don't want to falsely accuse anybody."

So how did she end up in the position to be photographed while sleeping naked?

"I think that sometimes me being so open-minded can mean things like this will happen," she explained. "I'm not the kind of girl who would let a guy take naked pictures of me, even if it was a boyfriend.

"Maybe the person had asked if they could take photos and I said no, or maybe they just waited for me to fall asleep. I don't know."

Despite her open nature, she refused to confirm or deny that she and Tiffany are indeed a thing.

"We're kind of wanting to keep our private lives private," she said.
