'The Bachelor Australia': Steph sasses Nick Cummins with brutal parting words
Another episode of The Bachelor Australia, another elimination, and as we're still in the early stages of the show it meant saying goodbye two more beautiful ladies who got almost zero screen time.
For the most part, when someone is eliminated from The Bachelor, they're quite graceful about it. They give the Bachelor -- this year's leading man is rugby union star Nick Cummins, aka The Honey Badger -- a kiss, maybe say thank you, and then wave to their friends before they're whisked into a limo.
But on last night's episode, Steph Crothers had some harsh parting words for Mr Honey Badger when he didn't give her rose.
After Aleksandra Sekuloska said goodbye to Nick and the girls, Steph approached and the music stopped, so we had a cue that something was about to go down.
And then right to Nick's face, Steph delivered her now ~iconic~ line: "I can't believe that I shaved my legs for this."
The way that it was edited, it was almost as if Steph had slapped Nick. The music was sombre, the 'safe' girls looked uncomfortable, and then Nick made a stunned expression.

Some viewers were on Steph's side and cheered her on for her sass.
But there were others who was sceptical about the whole thing and called out the show for being "scripted."
And one viewer pointed out a potential future gig for Steph.
Perhaps the funniest reaction came from the Bachelor himself, who muttered "Fair enough" after Steph had left the room.
