Tallulah Willis has reportedly entered rehab for cocaine and alcohol abuse.
According to Star magazine, the 20-year-old checked herself into celebrity treatment centre The Meadows in Arizona in late July… and mum Demi Moore, who entered rehab for substance abuse in 2012, fears her youngest daughter is following in her footsteps.
"Demi feels so much guilt about Tallulah spiralling out of control like she did," a source told the mag. "It's like she's living past experiences all over again. But she's trying to be strong for her daughter."
According to the same source, it was Tallulah's famous mum that encouraged her to check into the rehab facility.
"Demi had been shocked when Tallulah confessed to her," the source added. "But she knew enough not to judge. She knew her daughter needed her and she was glad she could be there to help."
Tallulah was arrested at age 17 for underage drinking and has since developed a reputation as a party girl in Tinseltown… even more so after older sister Scout reportedly walked in on her snorting cocaine at The Roosevelt Hotel in LA.
Earlier this week, the aspiring actress stripped down to discuss her body dysmorphia with website Stylelikeu. Watch that moment below...
Here's hoping Tallulah gets all the help she needs to kick this addiction.
