Sophie Monk plans to tie the knot with boyfriend Joshua Gross
It's been a tumultuous year for Sophie Monk.
She's had a very public breakup, travelled the world, scored a hosting gig on Love Island, and battled a debilitating health condition.
Now, the Aussie darling reveals that she plans to settle down with new boyfriend Joshua Gross, and we couldn't be happier for her.
After a chance meeting on a flight from Europe to Australia five months ago, the pair fell in love and now they're talking marriage.
Speaking to The Daily Telegraph on Saturday, the 38-year-old TV star revealed that the only thing standing in their way is his previous relationship.
"When his divorce goes through we are talking about getting married," she told the publication.
Monk is currently recovering from a keyhole surgery procedure she had two weeks ago to remove endometriosis, and her soon-to-be fiancé has been by her side through the entire ordeal.
The Love Island Australia host only learned she had the condition recently while going through the process of freezing her eggs.
"So lucky to have this guy in my life to help me recover," she wrote on an Instagram pic following the surgery.
Gross will be Monk's third fiancé, she was previously engaged to Good Charlotte rocker Benji Madden and businessman Jesse Esberg.
