Sophie Monk goes down! The Aussie beauty stacks it in the snow

Sophie Monk's seemingly never-ending Canadian holiday just took a painful and embarrassing turn.

The 37-year-old Aussie Renaissance woman and Jill of many trades (singing, acting, radio hosting, making everyone laugh) has shown us why ski master is not on her resume.

She's been vacationing for what seems like forever in Canada's Silver Star Mountain Resort, and after a succession of hilarious holiday videos, she probably figured it was time to hit the slopes.

Sadly, Sophie's skis didn't quite agree with her, and before long she was stacking it in the snow. Watch it all unfold in the video above.

One of the things we love about Sophie is that she's not afraid to look silly, and true to nature, she posted the major fail, um, fall for all of her 153k Instagram followers to see.

She captioned the Insta-video, "Never ends well when you think you're awesome 😂 Tag you're friend that just tries to hard #tryhard@silverstarmtn."
