Sophie Monk has epic selfie fail in silk pyjamas: Watch!

Sophie Monk has an important lesson for you: Don't dive onto your bed in silk pyjamas. 

The 37-year-old media personality -- who is known for sharing hilarious and self-deprecating clips -- hit peak LOLs when she shared a video of herself diving onto, and then abruptly falling off, her hotel bed on Thursday. 

Promptly after the fall both Sophie and her cameraman, who were in Melbourne at the time, erupted into laughter, before uploading the whole thing to Instagram. 

"Don't jump on your bed in silk pyjamas @qtmelbourne #hitthefloor @oscargordon," Sophie captioned the clip.

Fans were quick to comment on the video, joining in on the humour. 

Along with the bedtime selfies, we also get to witness the comedian that is Sophie's dad, Andrew. Earlier this month, he dressed up as Wally from Where's Wally, and of course Sophie caught it all on camera.
