Kim Kardashian reveals Saint West tested positive to COVID-19 in promo
Kim Kardashian has revealed that her five-year-old son Saint West contracted COVID-19.
Kardashian, 40, shared the news in the promo for an upcoming episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians.
"Sainty just tested positive for COVID," Kardashian says to an unknown person over the phone. "And North is saying she's feeling sick."

She then says directly to the camera, "I'm trying not to freak anyone out, but I'm just really worried."
In October last year, the reality star told GRAZIA that her ex-husband Kanye West tested positive to the disease.
"Kanye had [COVID] way at the beginning when nobody really knew what was going on... It was so scary and unknown," she said.
"I had to go and change his sheets and help him get out of bed when he wasn't feeling good," she recalled. "It was a challenge because it was so unknown."

She added, "Changing his sheets with gloves and a face shield was really a scary time," she added.
Kardashian filed for divorce from West on February 19. Kardashian shares daughters North, seven, and Chicago, two, and sons Saint, four, and Psalm, one, with the rapper.
