Big Bang Bucks! Ryan Sweeting wants spousal support in divorce from Kaley Cuoco

Ryan Sweeting apparently wants his share of Kaley Cuoco's The Big Bang Theory millions.

According to multiple sources, Ryan, 28, has requested spousal support from Kaley, 29, even though they signed a prenup.

Kaley originally filed for divorce from the tennis player in September citing "irreconcilable differences". 

But Ryan, has now filed his own papers, requesting that the actress pay his attorney's fees as well as spousal support. Ouch.

The pair, who wed on New Year's Eve in 2013 after a whirlwind three-month romance, did sign a prenuptial agreement the month before they tied the knot.

But Ryan, is now requesting that the court's ability to grant spousal support to Kaley be terminated, according to court documents obtained by multiple publications.

Well, she is worth an estimated US$45 million. Ryan's net worth on the other hand sits at around US$2 million.

A rep for Kaley told People back in September that the couple "mutually decided" to split after just 21 months of marriage, but there was "noticeable tension" between them.

"You could tell the honeymoon phase had ended," the source said. ""It seemed they were trying to work out their marriage by going on dates, but they both seemed miserable."

Since their split, it has also been claimed that Kaley left Ryan due to his alleged addiction to painkillers, prescribed to him after back surgery.

"She supported him, but she said he couldn't make the commitment to get sober," a source told Us Weekly. "He'd tell her he was working on it, and instead go get wasted."
