10 points to Ron Weasley!

Rupert Grint, who played the dorky redhead in the Harry Potter films, has revealed there were sparks behind the scenes of the wizarding franchise between two of his fellow co-stars.

Yep, according to the actor, Emma Watson and Tom Felton hit it off when the cameras weren't rolling!

"There was always something," he told ET of the stars who played Hermione Granger and Draco Malfoy. "There was a little bit of a spark."

Though it never transpired into anything serious, Watson and Felton's flirtation was enough to turn heads on set.

"We were kids," Grint justifies. "It was like any kind of playground romance."

Unfortunately for Grint, whose character Ron ended up with Hermione in the end, he didn't strike up a romance with any of the fellow muggles on set.

"I didn't have any sparks," he said with a laugh. "I was spark-free."

Watson recently opened up to Vogue about her love life, revealing she was still looking for The One ahead of her 30th birthday.

"I am dating, as in not one specific person, but I am going on dates," she admitted, adding that she prefers to be called "self-partnered" rather then single.

"It took me a long time, but I'm very happy [being single]," she explained. "I call it being self-partnered."

After hearing about Watson's dating life, Felton — who was rumoured to be dating Watson in November last year — admitted he, too, was in the same boat.

"I like it! It's the first I've heard of it, but it's great," he told Mail Online. "I'm in the same category, to be honest with you, quite happily self-partnered."

Unfortunately, Felton and Watson won't get a chance to revisit that spark back in Hogwarts, with Grint explaining a Harry Potter reboot is likely off the cards for the OG cast.

"It was an amazing period of our lives, but I don't think any of us would be keen to jump back into it just yet," Grint shared.

"But never say never."
