Disney star Raven-Symoné astonished at her 'whole different face' following 12kg weight loss
Actress Raven-Symoné is amazed at her transformation after losing an impressive 12kg.
The Disney star made the revelation in an Instagram Live video over the weekend, during which she urged fans to compare her face now to previous episodes of her sitcom Raven's Home.
"You see that chin?" the 35-year-old told her wife Miranda Pearman-Maday as they filmed from their car on May 30. "If y'all watch Raven's Home literally right now, and then come on this Live and see this joint, I got a whole different face going on. It's a whole pounds-down journey."

Symoné added that it was only just the beginning, and she and Pearman-Maday have filmed an "exercise journey together" for an upcoming "transformative" YouTube series.
"Just so you guys know, I am 28lbs. Down [12kg]. I lost a s--t ton of weight," Symoné added. "Right now ... I'm doing a 48-hour fast, so we're on that journey right now."
The actress — who has experienced success on hits including That's So Raven, Hangin' with Mr. Cooper and Kim Possible — has been scrutinised in the past for her weight.

In a 2015 discussion on US daytime show The View, the former child star claimed she was even asked to eat less on The Cosby Show, which she appeared on between the ages of three and seven.
"I remember not being able to have the bagel or anything at — we would call it crafty, where it's just a table of food, ready for you to eat whatever you want," she said on the talk show, on which she was a former co-host.
"And I remember people would be like, 'You can't eat that. You're getting fat!' I'm like, 'I'm seven! I'm hungry!'"

On the topic of transforming her lifestyle, elsewhere in her new Instagram Live video, Symoné and Pearman-Maday said they were looking to move to a different state that "works for our lifestyle and checklist". That's when Australia was mentioned in a fan comment.
"Oh, what's up, Australia? Hi Monday," she said in the video referencing the time difference when Australia was seemingly mentioned in a fan comment.
When Pearman-Maday — who the actress secretly married in June 2020 — suggested a move Down Under, Symoné said, "I know, right? I don't know. I don't know about moving to Australia. I don't know if that's the lifestyle choice [for us]."
