According to the documents, Bkhchadzhyan used Hilton's credit cards and hacked her back accounts to make reservations for a lavish party on New Year's Eve in 2015 at the Roosevelt Hotel in Hollywood. In that one evening alone, federal officers stated the hacker stole US $40,000 from The Simple Life reality star.

Bkhchadzhyan also allegedly impersonated the hotel heiress sending emails to Hilton's team requesting US $80,000 to be sent to her bank account.

In addition to the theft of Hilton's finances, the documents state that the hacker also managed to get a hold of her iCloud account and that she stole naked photos of the socialite, however it is not known what she has done with them and if they will wind up online. The documents also claim that she hacked Paris' father, Rick Hilton and her sister Nicky Hilton in an attempt to obtain passwords to her other accounts.

Bkhchadzhyan was eventually arrested in 2017 and pled guilty to bank fraud conspiracy. TMZ reported that prosecutors are seeking 57 months behind bars followed by three years of supervised release as well as US $318,535 in restitution for her victims.

The hacker will be sentenced on Monday, May 7 in the US.

It's not known whether Paris will be in court.
