'I think I have had depression for a couple of decades': Pamela Anderson's admission after award win
Pamela Anderson has candidly revealed in a new interview that she's struggled with her mental health for decades.
The Baywatch star, actress and author, 57, made the admission in an interview with Variety.
"I am just happy to be here, in this moment, because I think I have had depression for a couple of decades," she said while accepting the Golden Eye Award at the Zurich Film Festival.

"I look at it now and it feels like I went from Baywatch to Broadway. I don't know what happened in between, it's all a big blur," she explained.
Anderson said, however, she is "excited" to work more and is grateful for the award win.

Despite playing lifeguard C.J. Parker on the show and achieving international sex symbol status thanks its incredible popularity, it seems Anderson is keen to leave it all in the past.
Speaking about a Hulu documentary on the series, Anderson said she had no interest taking part in it.

"I had nothing to do with this documentary," she told Glamour "They begged everybody around me. They tried to get my kids to talk me into it."
She said despite her being offered "producer credits," she told producers, "No, I really don't want to go backwards."
In recent years, Anderson has lived in her native Canada. She previously shunned the spotlight, but has recently made a triumphant return.
