Olivier Martinez 'named suspect' in airport scuffle

This is not the greatest start to Halle Berry's year.

According to TMZ, Halle's husband Olivier Martinez has just been named a suspect in a battery investigation after things got a little out of control at LAX.

The site reports that Olivier, Halle and their six-year-old daughter Nahla, arrived at the Tom Bradley International Terminal to catch a flight before photographers got too close for comfort.

LAX Airport officers claim that Olivier was holding an empty car seat, which he allegedly shoved against an airport employee in the crowd.

The staff member was taken to hospital after complaining of abdominal pain and has now reportedly filed a battery report.

This comes just two years after 48-year-old Olivier's altercation with Halle's ex Gabriel Aubry at Thanksgiving.

Gabriel sustained a broken rib, bruises to his face and a possible head injury, while Olivier suffered neck injuries.
