Singer debuts drastic change with help of lookalike daughter

Fans of Nick Jonas' iconic curls - look away! The Jonas Brothers singer has debuted a dramatic change to his beloved hairstyle with the help of his daughter Malti Marie.

The Burnin' Up singer recently shared a carousel on Instagram of his life "lately", with the second slide showing the star holding a clipper to his curls.

The next slide shows the result, with the star dressed in black and sporting a buzz cut, holding his lookalike daughter Malti Marie, two, in his arms.

Fans of his ringlets mourned their loss in the comment section.

"The picture of the shave hurts my heart," said one, while another hopeful commenter asked, "Will you grow back your curls?"

Others theorised about the meaning behind the drastic change.

"Alright where's the solo album to make up for killing the curls," one fan demanded, while another added, "Hair is buzzed...solo nick is coming."

Many commented on how much Malti Marie resembles the singer, with one fan joking, "Malti took your curls."

Jonas and his daughter recently came together to wish his wife, Priyanka Chopra Jonas a happy Mother's Day in a sweet message.

"Happy Mother's Day to all the mothers and mother figures out there. I am so lucky to have been raised by such an incredible mother… and to now be married to the most amazing mom ever. You are so full of love and thoughtfulness with our daughter @priyankachopra you are such an inspiration in every way," the star wrote on Sunday.

"And special shout out to the world's greatest mother in law. So blessed. MM and I love the three of you so much."
