Model's husband commits suicide… after she was spotted cosying up to Leonardo DiCaprio

Only weeks after model Katie Cleary was spotted cosying up to Leonardo DiCaprio in a Cannes nightclub, her husband has committed suicide.

Earlier this week, 40-year-old Andrew Stern reportedly shot himself in the head while at a shooting range in the San Fernando Valley.

According to TMZ, wife Katie, 35, allegedly told police he was suffering from depression and that they were in the middle of a divorce.

Police also interviewed sources close to Andrew after his death, who revealed that he was extremely stressed over marital issues and financial troubles.

On May 19, Hollywood lothario Leo was photographed whispering into the Deal or No Deal model's ear at Gotha nightclub during the Cannes Film Festival.

Despite earlier reports that 35-year-old Katie left with the Hollywood bad boy, TMZ reports that Leo left with his Victora's Secret girlfriend Toni Gaarn.
