Can't stop, won't stop.

Miley Cyrus mucked up a performance for Bill Murray after getting "too stoned" before taking the stage on Sunday night.

The Voice coach was on hand at the Kennedy Center in Washington, DC, to help her comedian pal – the two co-starred in A Very Murray Christmas last year – receive the 19th Annual Mark Twain Prize for American Humor.

But the notoriously chill 23-year-old got a little too relaxed before the show.

"I f---ed it up," Miley told the audience mid-song as she repeatedly forgot the words to her cover of Frank Sinatra's 'My Way'. "Sorry, guys. I got too stoned."

Ever the good sport, Bill cheered Miley on and orchestrated a Groundhog Day moment: He had the band reset for a do-over performance later in the show – which she reportedly nailed.

The second take will be the version viewers see when the ceremony's TV special airs on PBS in the US this Friday.

"I was not convinced, but Miley Cyrus is really f---ing good," the 66-year-old actor told Entertainment Tonight last year. "She can sing.

"I thought she was a knucklehead crazy girl that you'd want to go on a road trip with, but she can sing."

Still, the Hannah Montana alum has long been vocal about her love of the green stuff.

"I think weed is the best drug on earth," she told Rolling Stone in 2013. ”Hollywood is a coke town, but…I really don't like coke. It's so gross and so dark. It's like what are you, from the Nineties? Ew."
