Michelle Bridges reveals one rule her partner Commando Steve must follow on 'Survivor' reboot

Michelle Bridges loves to make rules when it comes to not just weight loss, but her relationship too.

The 47-year-old fitness guru has apparently given her partner Steve Willis AKA "Commando Steve" a strict talking to ahead of his appearance on the return of Australian Survivor.

In an interview with the Daily Telegraph, the 42-year-old personal trainer revealed that he must stick to one rule for the sake of their relationship while on location filming in Fiji.

According to the publication, Bridges has enforced a strict "no cuddling" and "hands-off" policy when it comes to how he interacts with his co-stars.

Despite giving him a stern talking to, Bridges said that he has her "full support" for this next step in his career.

The in demand trainer shares two children Jack, 7 and Ella, 10, with his former partner Froso as well as Axel with Bridges.

As one of the more famous faces to appear on the series’ revival, the former The Biggest Loser trainer told the publication that it will be hard to be away from his family while filming.

He also revealed that he plans to be candid on the show and not shy away from his vulnerabilities.

"It's important to show my vulnerabilities, weaknesses and suffering and give permission to other everyday Aussies that it's all right, too."

He added, "If the Commando can do this, people might think, 'I can do that, too,' and that's something I've really made my life about over these past couple of years."

Bridges and Willis met while acting as co-coaches on Australia's The Biggest Loser and were friends first before becoming romantically involved in 2013.

Speaking of their relationship in 2016, Willis told the Sydney Morning Herald, "For a long time, making season after season of The Biggest Loser, we were just friends. It was more of a communication connection that drew us together in that sense rather than anything physical.”
