Michael Jackson's legacy remains troubled 10 years after his death

It's been 10 years since the unexpected and shocking death of Michael Jackson.

The 50-year-old King of Pop died on June 25, 2009 in his LA mansion after overdosing on prescription drugs — and his personal doctor, Conrad Murray, was later convicted of involuntary manslaughter.

On Tuesday night, A Current Affair reflected on the moment that brought the world to a standstill.

"It was a crazy old day," Nine Entertainment Editor Richard Wilkins told ACA. "First we got the news that Farah Fawcett had passed away. We were live on air, dropped all commercial breaks when we got the news that Michael Jackson was being rushed to hospital."
