Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck share kiss while wearing face masks at Met Gala
Not even face masks could stop Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck from putting on a public display of affection.
The couple attended today's Met Gala at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York, where Affleck hung back and let his superstar girlfriend steal the limelight as she walked the red carpet alone.

The 52-year-old turned heads at the stylish event as she rocked a cowboy-inspired couture ensemble designed by Ralph Lauren.
After the mandatory poses for the world's cameras, Lopez then made her way backstage and into Affleck's arms, where they snuck in a sneaky kiss — while still wearing their face masks.

The Met Gala comes days after they made their first red carpet debut at the Venice International Film Festival, where 49-year-old Affleck premiered his film, The Last Duel.
It was the couple's first red carpet appearance together since they reconciled in late April. The pair dated and were engaged back in 2002 but sadly split in 2004. Now, 17 years later, the couple affectionately dubbed Bennifer, is back bigger and bolder.

It's clear Affleck doesn't mind Lopez having the spotlight. One day ago, he also hung backstage and happily played Instagram boyfriend as she headlined an event for National Hispanic Heritage Month in the Bronx, where she grew up.
According to Page Six, Affleck was proudly recording Lopez from backstage as she spoke to Latina entrepreneurs and graduates at Latina-owned bookstore The Lit Bar.
"Ben was so cute. He was taping Jennifer as she talked about how important it was for her to be a part of the Latina community," a source told the outlet.
"He spent time with the entrepreneurs, posed for photos and bought an armful of books. Ben and Jennifer were adorable together."
