'Married At First Sight' 2019: Susie opens up about her 'full blown love' with Todd Carney
Susie from Married At First Sight is in love and she's shouting it from the rooftops.
Well, not the rooftops exactly, but on TV and on Instagram, which is kind of the same thing.
Susie, a 25-year-old aged care nurse, was matched with Billy the barista in the experiment, but things didn't work out for the couple. After joining Married At First Sight at a later stage the two chose to 'leave' after a few weeks.

It wasn't long before Susie, a single mother to a four-year-old girl named Baby, met a man she quickly fell in love with. And it just so happens that the man is former NRL player Todd Carney.
'No caption needed,' Todd wrote for this Instagram photo. Instagram
"It's, like, totally amazing. I'm like a little schoolgirl when I talk about it," Susie gushed on the final episode of Talking Married Season 2. "I met someone after the show, and I'm actually in full blown love, it's totally amazing."
When host Jayne Azzopardi asked if she'd been in love before, Susie said, "I have, once before, with my daughter's father. That was a long time ago, and this is nothing like that, it's amazing."

Jayne pressed a giddy Susie for a few more details about her new boyfriend, including how they met. "His name's Todd and he's lovely. And we met on Instagram," Susie laughed.
She went on to explain: "It was a little bit of a like-for-like scenario, and then he messaged me, and then we met up, and we haven't left each other's side since."

Susie said Todd, 32, didn't know who she was when they first met, and it was the same for her.
"So the day I started following him -- I was sort of looking at a lot of people's Instagrams -- I was looking for good-looking people," she revealed. "And he didn't know that I was on the show either, because I didn't want him to know until I knew he liked me for me. And it was kind of the same with him and his football. I don't follow football -- sorry Todd."
While Susie may not have found love on Married At First Sight, she did walk away with some learnings from the experience and her couch time with the relationship experts.
"I definitely learnt that I need to be more aware of other people's feelings," she said.
