Married At First Sight's Andrew shares video singing Outkast's 'Ms Jackson', is sorry 'for real'
I'm sorry, Ms Maitland?
In a video clip shared to his Instagram, Married At First Sight's Andrew Jones strums an acoustic guitar while singing the chorus of Outkast's 2000 hit 'Ms Jackson' alongside a friend.
"Never meant to make your daughter cry / I apologised a trillion times / I'm sorry Ms Jackson / I am for real," Andrew sings.
The 38-year-old Perth firefighter stopped short of changing the lyrics to "I'm sorry Ms Bran" or "I'm sorry Ms Maitland" in honour of his Married At First Sight partners Lauren Bran, 33, and Cheryl Maitland, 25. Though perhaps "Mr Maitland" in tribute to Cheryl's imposing dad would have been most appropriate.
"Rehearsals with a friend," Andrew captioned the clip.
The acoustic session then turns into a mashup with Vanilla Ice's 'Ice Ice Baby'.
Andrew rose to infamy on season four of Married At First Sight when he controversially mocked Cheryl behind her back at the boys' night. He also serenaded both Lauren and Cheryl on the show to disastrous results.
After performing an original song at his wedding reception to Lauren, she ran away hours later and never came back.
Later in the season, Andrew whipped out his guitar while on a beach picnic date with his second partner, Cheryl. He went in for a kiss immediately after and was swiftly batted away.
While there is no proven correlation between his musical endeavours and his subsequent rejection by women, he might want to lay off the guitar for a bit.
