'Married At First Sight' 2019: Jules and Ning face off with Jess and Martha in epic dinner party showdown
The fallout of Jessika and Dan's affair on Married At First Sight continues as the couples see the cheating pair for the first time since they fessed up on Sunday night's commitment ceremony.
In a promo clip for tonight's dramatic final dinner party, Jess and Dan arrive arm-in-arm to the event as a couple after ditching their respective spouses, Mick and Tamara.
Jess' speech is met with a few eyerolls. Nine
"We really just wanted to say thank you for accepting us tonight to the group as a new couple," a hopeful Jess says to the other participants, as Ning gives her serious side-eye from across the table.
"I know it's been hard on everybody to sort of accept it," Jess continues. Again, another eye roll from Ning.
Ning doesn't hide her disapproval of Dan and Jess. Nine
Things escalate quickly and soon an exasperated Mike pleads with Jess to stop talking.
"I can't stand your face anymore," he says.
Jess' face is apparently doing Mike's head in. Nine
It's at this point the group becomes divided, and Jess and her bestie Martha get a stern talking to from the more mature brides.
"You've got girls and you've got women," says Jules, who usually keeps her cool at the dinner table.
Jules stands up for girl code, as husband Cam looks on. Nine
Her comment is seemingly aimed at Jess for how she handled her feelings for Dan. According to Jules, Jess and Dan should've acted like adults and been honest with their feelings from the start. Instead, they strung Mike and Tamara along and, as a result, people were hurt.
It's clear Martha will always have Jess' back. Nine
"You guys are just so f---ing self-righteous, aren't you?" Martha spits back to which Ning -- who clearly has Jules' back -- yells, "Excuse me?"
Grab the popcorn, folks, we're in for quite a show.
