Lorde takes out 'thank you' ad for fans in New Zealand paper

Lorde has proven yet again how down-to-earth she is by addressing her fans with a cute handwritten thank you note. Could she be any more adorable?!

Taking out a full page ad in the New Zealand Herald prior to her performance in Auckland last night (see video above), the 17-year-old expresses how she would never have made it to the Staples Centre Grammys stage to "perform in school shoes" without the help of her New Zealand fans.
