Logies 2019: Why Doctor Doctor actors are wearing blue brooches on the red carpet
The cast of Doctor Doctor stood in solidarity at the TV Week Logie Awards with the stars of the hit Nine program wearing blue brooches on the red carpet.
Rodger Corser, Chloe Bayliss and Ryan Johnson all rocked the bright accessory as they arrived at The Star Gold Coast — and it was all for a good cause.
"This is Australia Says No More to domestic violence and sexual assault," Bayliss explains to 9Honey Celebrity on the red carpet. "A lot of the cast members are wearing it tonight. Roger, Ryan, Nicole [da Silva] because Rryan is the ambassador for them."

Corser — who's up for a Gold Logie — was also proudly displayed the brooch on his lapel when he spoke to us about Season 4, which they are in the middle of filming.
"We've got an amazing couple of new cast members. Kate Jenkinson, who walked down with Wentworth crew, we've nabbed her. Dustin Clare, as well. So our ensemble is already super strong and always growing and what's even better is the directive issued was to make [my character] Hugh fall off the wagon and become terribly bad again. So he's done that and it's been just a joy and a lot of fun to play."
Bayliss seconds this and says the cast is better than ever, and tonight was their time to celebrate.
"It's exciting, just nice to be together," she says of the group arriving together on the red carpet. "Instead of being individuals, it's really nice when we're all a group, celebrating."
The 61st Annual TV Week Logie Awards air tonight at 7.30pm on Nine and 9Now. Tune in for red carpet arrivals from 7pm.
