Leonardo DiCaprio reportedly 'likes' Gigi Hadid and the couple are 'having a good time'

The romance between longtime bachelor Leonardo DiCaprio and model Gigi Hadid is in full swing, and the pair reportedly "like each other and are having a good time".

According to a source who spoke to People magazine, The Wolf of Wall Street actor, 47, is "taken with Gigi", who is "the type of woman he is usually attracted to".

But there are also some surprising reasons why DiCaprio has been drawn to Hadid, 27.

Apparently, The Wolf of Wall Street actor is attracted to the fact that Hadid "has her life together", and that includes her being a mother.

"He really likes that she has her life together," another source told the magazine. "She has a child and she's mature. He wants to be with someone who has the same idea of good causes and political views like he does."

DiCaprio is a renowned environmentalist and campaigner for raising awareness about climate change.

He even stood as the United Nations' Messenger of Peace for Climate Change in 2014.

The news that the pair's flourishing romance comes just one week after they were snapped together at a party at Casa Cipriani hotel

The blurry shots showed the pair sitting away from the rough and tumble of the dance floor, with some even showing them holding hands, and DiCaprio placing his hands on Hadid's shoulders.

The pair have reportedly been making the most of DiCaprio spending time in New York, where Hadid lives. DiCaprio generally resides in Los Angeles.

Yet, despite the happy times for the two, some sources aren't sure the romance will go anywhere.

"Leo has not been out of his relationship with Camila long enough to jump headfirst into anything," said one source to People. "I am not sure he is completely finished with Camila. That was a long romance."

Morrone and DiCaprio got together in 2018 when the model was just 20-years-old. The pair reportedly split on August 31, but neither has publicly addressed their falling out.

While DiCaprio is reportedly not someone who likes to be "in and out of relationships", Hadid is perhaps even less so.

For her, the actor is the first romantic partner she's been linked to since her split from ex Zayn Malik in 2021. Malik and Hadid share a two-year-old daughter Khai.
