Kyle SandilandsKyle Sandilands have seen him take multiple days off in the past few months, with Beau Ryan often stepping in to join Jackie 'O' Henderson for KIIS 1065's The Kyle & Jackie O Show.

While not much information has been shared about the condition that's kept Sandilands away from his job, it's clear he has been putting more focus on his health, and the results speak for themselves.

People started noticing a change in Sandilands' appearance earlier this year, when he was spotted heading to meetings for his show Trial By Kyle.

It's unknown exactly how much weight the controversial radio personality has lost, but last year he revealed on his show that he'd gone up to 135kg.

He once even asked Millionaire Hot Seat host Eddie McGuire for weight loss tips.

"I'm 125 kilos, Eddie," Sandilands pleaded. "Help me."

When McGuire revealed he'd lost weight by drinking just three cups of Chinese herb tonic a day, Sandilands seemed nervous.

"It does take a bit of mental strength to get through, but I found it relatively easy going," McGuire said.

"You have the herbs but you also go and get acupuncture and a massage for the first couple weeks and get weighed every day, so that gets you a bit honest."

It looks like green juices and no sugar are working for Sandilands for now.
