Kimye to sell their $11million dream home…before they even move in!

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are selling their Bel Air home, the one with the numerous renos and planned hospital wing…before they've even moved into it. Lifestyle of the rich and famous, huh?

The couple dropped over $11 million on the mansion last year and quickly got to work on some seriously OTT modifications (gold toilets anyone?).

But the half-finished house is reportedly going back on the market. Wonder if Kimye can get a refund on those shiny lavatories?!

A source tells Us Weekly that antsy Kim, 33, is fed up with how long the process is taking. "She just wants to be settled," the source says. "Not squatting in someone else's house."

Kim and new husband Kanye, 35, have been living in Kris Jenner's place with baby North while renovations took place.

Kim's close relationship with her mum is also reportedly a factor in the change of heart. The Bel Air pad is about an hour's drive from the rest of Kim's fam, who live in Hidden Hills and Calabasas.

And let's face it…how can Kim keep up with the Kardashians when she's that far away?
