Kim Kardashian seen without wedding ring on Instagram amid reported divorce from Kanye West

Kim Kardashian has been seen without her wedding ring in recent social media posts amid her decision to prepare to file for divorce from husband Kanye West.

In her most recent Instagram post from yesterday, Kardashian is seen in a mirror selfie promoting her SKIMS shapewear line.

Another photo shows the reality star snapped a selfie with good friend La La Anthony on December 17, showing a closer look at her bare ring finger.

"Sleepovers with your bestie are a must! @lala," she captioned the photo.

Though the absence of the millionaire's ring in recent Instagram posts seem to be a result of her marriage struggles with West, the star has been known to flaunt less bling on social media after she was robbed of US$10 million (approx. $12.8 million) worth of jewellery at gunpoint in Paris back in October 2016.

According to Page Six, multiple sources have revealed "divorce is imminent" for the couple — who married in May 2014 — with Kardashian hiring divorce lawyer Laura Wasser.

"They are keeping it low-key but they are done," a source told the outlet. "Kim has hired Laura Wasser and they are in settlement talks.

"Kim got Kanye to go up there [Wyoming] so they could live separate lives and quietly get things sorted out to separate and divorce. She's done."

Other sources told CNN that their divorce had been "discussed off and on for the past year but Kim has not wanted to move forward on that".

"There is no drama or contentious relationship" the insider added, they are "amicable" and "fully aligned when it comes to the kids."

The couple shares four children together: daughters North, seven, and Chicago, two, and sons Saint, 5, and Psalm, one.
