Kim Kardashian goes Instagram-official with F1 beau in high-speed 'hard launch'

Kim Kardashian and F1 star Lewis Hamilton have put the pedal to the metal on their relationship – taking a major leap into 'Instagram official' status.

Following weeks of speculation over their rumoured entanglement, the pair have now gone full-throttle, feeding these rumblings with an apparent hard launch.

In a reel posted to the team Ferrari racer's social media, Kardashian is notably featured in a shot of the pair whipping around in his Ferrari F40 at the Daikoku Parking Area in Tokyo, Japan.

"HERE WE GO AGAIN 🇯🇵 TOKYO DRIFT VOL. III," Hamilton captioned the reel in question, which was aptly set to the song Victory Lap by Skepta, PlaqueboyMax and Fred Again.

In a brief shot, the wind-whipped passenger princess was shown saying "that's insane" in the aftermath of their high-speed joyride.

Prior to this latest feature, a source told PEOPLE the Skims founder was holidaying with her beau in Tokyo, alongside children North, 12, Saint, 10 and Psalm, six – all of whom she shares with ex-husband Kanye West.

The source also revealed Kim's sister Khloé Kardashian had joined her and Hamilton for their Eastern excursion, with children True, seven, and Tatum, three, in tow.

Per a separate source via PEOPLE, the Kardashian family is reportedly completely on board with Kim and Hamilton's budding relationship.

"[Hamilton] in easy-going guy with great energy," and that the reality star's "family likes him."

"Kim's very into him," they added, saying "they are both busy with their careers, but see each other as much as possible.

"It's more than just a casual connection. It takes a lot to capture Kim's interest and she's definitely intrigued."

Rumours first began circulating that the pair were involved after being spotted on a romantic countryside excursion in the Cotswolds in late January.

Kardashian reportedly flew to the UK for 24 hours to enjoy a romantic retreat at the exclusive Estelle Manor in the Cotswolds; a well-known hotspot among A-listers.

The pair then continued to fuel relationship rumours, making a joint appearance together at Super Bowl LX.

Romance rumours were further fuelled just last month, when Hamilton left a heart-eyes emoji comment on Kardashian's Oscars Instagram post.

The reality star and Formula 1 driver were friends long before relationship rumours first surfaced, having appeared together alongside then-partners Kanye West and Nicole Scherzinger in 2014.
