Kanye pays out $250,000 for race insult attack

Remember that teenager Kanye West punched for dissing Kim? Well he's taken a settlement for the assault…a pretty decent one at that.

TMZ reports that the young man has agreed to a civil settlement worth a whopping $250,000 and won't be going ahead with criminal prosecution.

Which means Kanye is unlikely to get charged with battery or anything else for that matter. So it's case closed on this one for now.

But we can't say the same for Leonardo DiCaprio's brother Adam Farrar, who landed himself in hot water this week.

According To Radar Online, the 43-year-old was arrested on drug, theft and harassment related charges in Texas this week.
