Kaley Cuoco has absolutely roasted her ex-husband Ryan Sweeting in a new interview with Cosmopolitan.

Appearing on the May cover of the iconic magazine, the actress opens up about her painful 2015 divorce with the tennis star and claims that he "ruined" the word marriage for her.

"My ex ruined that word for me," she continued. "I married someone the first time who completely changed."

Cuoco and Sweeting got engaged in September 2013 after three months of dating. They were married on New Year’s Eve that year and separated 19 months later.

During that time, the 30-year-old athlete reportedly became addicted to painkillers after a back injury reignited his drug dependence.

"The person I ended up with was not the person I originally met. And that wasn’t my fault — that was his," added The Big Bang Theory star.

On finding love after heartbreak, Cuoco says it took time, but was worth it in the end.

"I knew how much I had to give and how much I wanted to receive. I knew I just had to be patient…I had to go through a lot of things, but it brought me to Karl," she said of her equestrian beau who popped the question on her birthday in November 2017.

Before they were engaged, the actress told Entertainment Tonight that their shared love of horses and animals aided the romance.

"We have this special bond so, yeah, the animals. He's so real. I've never met a kinder human being, he's gentle, and he's real. I'm completely in love with him. Nothing could be better."

While the loved-up pair are yet to set a date for their nuptials, their animals will play a big role in the ceremony.

"In our wedding, we've already decided that every single animal has a part. Our pony — she will be involved. She will be there standing right next to me," the actress told Extra last month.
