Kaley Cuoco is engaged to boyfriend Karl Cook: Watch the emotional ring reveal

Kaley Cuoco is engaged!

The Big Bang Theory star revealed the happy news in an emotional clip that was posted to Instagram by her now-fiancé Karl Cook.

"Well after nearly two years I finally got up the courage to ask her to marry me,"  the professional equestrian rider wrote alongside the video, sharing that he popped the question on Cuoco's 32nd birthday Thursday. "This is the best night of my life and I think the video shows it is the best night for Kaley as well."

He added, "She said yes!!!!!"

The clip shows a clearly overjoyed Cuoco cradling her head in her hands and crying, while Cook can be heard saying, "What's on your finger, honey?"

A tearful Cuoco responds, "We're engaged."

But then Cook reminds her, "You still haven't said yes yet."

And she replies, "YES! I said yes!"

Cook followed up the video with a snap of the custom pear-shaped diamond engagement ring.

"I am so so so happy," he wrote adding, "Thank you @nadis_diamonds for making the greatest ring I could hope for."

Hours before, Cook teased Cuoco (and his followers) when he claimed he bought her a toy engagement ring while shopping in Target.

"On my love's birthday I got her everything she has always wanted," he wrote alongside a snap of the pair. "Now judging by her face maybe not, it's the thought that counts right."  

The couple went public with their relationship last year, when the actress shared a couple selfie to Instagram after Cook won a Grand Prix competition on March 13.

Cuoco announced her split from her ex-husband and pro tennis player Ryan Sweeting in September 2015 after two years of marriage. Three days later, Cuoco filed for divorce citing irreconcilable differences.

She was also previously engaged to addiction specialist Josh Resnik in 2011, but they called off their engagement in March 2012.
