Justin Bieber reveals why he cried at the VMAs

The 2015 MTV Video Music Awards was full of surprises. Nicki Minaj threw shade at Miley Cyrus, Kanye West announced his presidential aspirations and Justin Bieber cried.

Wait… what? Yep, the 21-year-old burst into tears following his first VMAs performance in five years. And it was kind of adorable.

The 'What Do You Mean' singer spoke to Jimmy Fallon on The Tonight Show about dem feels related to his emotional comeback in the video above. 

He also revealed that his previous delinquent behaviour was the result of hanging out with "knuckleheads".

Oh! And his new album is out November 13.
