Inside Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner's fairytale wedding

Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner tied the knot in France on Saturday but, until now, things have been kept under wraps.

Jonas, 29, and Turner, 23, technically married two months ago in a surprise Las Vegas ceremony to make their marriage legal before their French celebrations over the weekend.

Now, thanks to ET, we're finally learning details about the wedding.

Priyanka Chopra helped out with the planning

Turner's sister-in-law, actress Priyanka Chorpa, was involved in the planning of the wedding, according to ET. Priyanka married Joe Jonas' brother Nick Jonas last year.

"Sophie and Priyanka really bonded while planning the wedding," a source told the outlet. "Priyanka, having just experienced it, was so helpful with details and they have become so close."

The wedding was hitch-free

The source told ET, "The wedding went off without any issues at all; it was exactly how Sophie and Joe had planned it, which isn't always an easy feat when throwing a wedding so far from home. They wanted an ultra-private wedding in the South of France." 

It was very traditional

"Sophie wanted to have a very traditional, almost royal wedding and never ever considered wearing anything but white," said the source.

Everyone was in tears

"Their love really shows and watching them together touched everyone at the wedding. They couldn't keep their eyes off each other," the source added. "It was emotional for everyone involved during the ceremony because Sophie and Joe sweetly welled up. They had such happy tears, everyone felt their emotion."

Maisie Williams was maid-of-honour

Turner's Game of Thrones co-star Maisie Williams shared a photo of herself and a friend enjoying the wedding festivities.

"White party for the bride and groom 🎉" she captioned the Instagram snap.

Their dog was the real star

But the most important member of the bridal party was this little guy, who literally wore a tux.

Jonas and Turner adopted Porky Basquiat, an Alaskan Klee Klai, in 2017, and he made a fine groomsman. A very good boy indeed.
