Jason Momoa gets shamed over his 'dad bod' by internet trolls

It turns out that even Jason Momoa gets body shamed.

The Aquaman actor, 39, was pictured on vacation with his wife, Lisa Bonet, 51, in Venice, Italy.

But it wasn't long before the internet saw an opportunity to unfairly tear him down for having a "dad bod."

Momoa was subsequently criticised in the comments section of the US Weekly Instagram post by a slew of nasty trolls.

The photo prompted a handful of users to point out that Momoa was no longer sporting bulging muscles, suggesting he had let himself go.

"Omg, what happened to the abs?" one user asked.

"That dad bod coming out," another added.

"Seems to me that he doesn't have the same buff bod he had in Aquaman," another user chimed in.

Others defended Momoa and slammed the trolls who'd gone to the trouble of fat shaming him.

"Still has a better body then 90 per cent of people commenting," one user wrote.

Twitter lit up with people questioning the haters for their perception of his physique.
