Jamie Foxx denies alleged sexual misconduct from 2002

Jamie Foxx has slammed reports that he slapped a woman with his penis.
 
The alleged assault happened nearly 16 years ago in Las Vegas, but the accuser only reported it last week, TMZ reports.
 
The unidentified woman told police that she was at a party hosted by the 50-year-old star when he suggested she give him a blow job.
 
She said that when she refused, Foxx allegedly hit her in the face with his penis.
 
According to TMZ, who spoke to the woman, she was then told by one of Foxx's friends to leave immediately.
 
She claims that she then had a panic attack and upon arriving home to Los Angeles, was treated in hospital.
 
"On June 8, 2018 a female victim came to the LVMPD and alleged that a sexual assault occurred in the Las Vegas area in 2002 and named Jaime Foxx as the suspect," read a statement from the police department.
 
It continued: "A report was taken and the incident will be investigated. Due to the nature of the crime, no further details can be released."
