Mexican actor James Hollcroft, 26, found dead after going missing
James Hollcroft, a 26-year-old actor known for his work in the Mexican film and television history, has been found dead after being reported missing.
His death was confirmed to People on Thursday September 12 by his family, with his mother describing her son as a "talented young man" who "achieved a lot in a short time."
Further details were not made immediately available.
The actor, who was most known for his role in Mexican shows such as the drama Como dice el dicho ("As the Saying Goes"), was first reported missing on September 3.

By September 7, his family began making tributes on social media.
His sister Jane Hollcroft wrote in an Instagram post accompanied by images and videos of her late sibling, "I will love you forever, thank you for the years we shared together and for giving me the most magnificent moments I could live. You will always be present in our hearts little brother."
The actor's brother-in-law, Arturo Avila Meija, also shared a post saying, "I wish everything is just one more dream."
"Thank you for being the brother you were, the uncle you were with your nephews, the great son you were, really this breaks my soul, today here we lower the curtain but you are in heaven doing that big stage you talked about so much," he said.
The young rising star worked and trained at CEA Televisa, a media organisation in Mexico City, which shared a statement remembering the actor on their Facebook page.
"Thank you for all those good times we spent together during your acting training. We will carry you in our memories and in our hearts, you will always be part of our CEA family, see you always dear James Hollcroft," it said in tribute.
