It's over! Chris Martin and Jennifer Lawrence split

After four months of dating, Chris Martin and Jennifer Lawrence have consciously uncoupled.

According to People magazine, the split comes only days after 37-year-old Chris was spotted at a family dinner with his ex-wife Gwyneth Paltrow… who was snapped tenderly stroking his face in the car.

The magazine also confirms that J-Law was the one who called time on their short-lived romance, with sources claiming Chris' cosy pics with Gwyn could've had something to do with it. Pesky exes!

The couple began dating in June, after 24-year-old Jen and her boyfriend Nicholas Hoult split and Martin separated from his wife after ten years of marriage.

The news of their relationship broke in August, with Jen spotted at Coldplay's iHeartRadio Music Festival performance in Vegas.

Sigh… and another one bites the dust.
