Hold up! Did Sarah Jessica Parker just confirm Sex and The City 3?

We hope you've got your Manolo Blahniks strapped on for this big news: Sarah Jessica Parker has dropped a huge hint that Sex and The City 3 is happening.

On Tuesday morning, SJP posted a shot on her Instagram looking oh-so-Carrie, but it was the caption that teased everything.

"Well. I guess the cat's out of the (little brown) bag," the 50-year-old wrote. "As usual, we will keep you posted on every detail as we are able. I'm under strict gag order until then. Xx, Sj."

Okay, we're barely breathing now. The little brown bag is a reference to Bloomingdale's, the store Carrie has an unhealthy obsession with. And Sarah says "we", so it's not just an SJP-only project…could it be what we think it is?

Fans immediately jumped to the conclusion it's SATC3 time and took their meltdowns to Twitter.

Adding fuel to the fire was Sarah's reunion with co-star Kristin Davis at a screening of Kristin's elephant documentary Gardeners of Eden in New York last week.
