Grammy award-winner Hank Williams Jr is mourning the sudden loss of his wife, Mary Jane Thomas, just two years after their daughter died in a car accident.

According to TMZ, Thomas tragically passed away on Tuesday after it's believed she suffered a complication from a medical procedure.

The outlet said Thomas was staying at the Jupiter Beach Resort & Spa in Florida when a call was made to emergency services.

"A family member confirmed Mary Jane passed away Tuesday in Jupiter, Florida, and we're told the early indication is it appears she suffered a complication - possibly a blood clot - following a medical procedure," TMZ reported.
