Gwyneth is planning escape retreat with Beyonce!

Did someone say Namaste?! Gwyneth Paltrow and Beyonce are going on a retreat to get some well-need down time after their recent troubles.

It’s been a rough couple of months for Gwyneth, 41, who split from Coldplay husband Chris Martin in March – who has since been spotted with Rihanna.

And Beyonce’s answer to getting back on track after that Solange and Jay Z fight, check it below, is to lock herself away with Gwynnie for a week. Erm, punishing.

The A-list besties will unwind with yoga classes and hikes to re-charge before Bey’s On the Run tour with Jay Z later this month.

A source told The Sun newspaper: “Gwyneth reckons this is just what her friend needs to get her energy back.”

The pair are set to check into a four-day retreat in south California in the next couple of days, claims the source.
