Demi Lovato cracks joke about her 'giant balls', claims she has a 'bigger d---' than Nick Jonas

Demi Lovato went hilariously off-script at the 2016 GLAAD Media Awards.

The singer, who was accepting the Vanguard Award for her contribution to promoting equality and acceptance in the media, had the audience crying tears of laughter with her surprising remarks about having giant, erm, features.

We haven't laughed this hard at an anatomy gag since Amy Schumer's "vagina itch" confession on the 2016 Golden Globes red carpet.

"I know that you all love Nick Jonas," Demi said as she accepted the award from her current tour mate. "But I actually have a bigger d--- than he does. And a huge set of balls. I'm going off script, by the way."

Demi and Nick, both 23, have been friends since their Disney days in the 2008 movie Camp Rock, and even he was caught off-guard by the unexpected quip.

But Demi's anatomy gag wasn't the only shock of the evening.

At one point, Taylor Swift took to the stage to present Orange is the New BlackOrange is the New Black, and Ruby, 30, was clearly in a state of bewilderment.

"Of all the possible things that could make me cry, I didn't think about Taylor Swift coming to give me an award," she said.

Yep, Ruby sure has come a long way from her early Aussie TV days as an MTV VJ.
