Rapper G-Eazy arrested in Sweden for assault and cocaine possession

G-Eazy has been arrested in Sweden after allegedly attacking security guards and being found in possession of cocaine.

TMZ reported that the American rapper (real name: Gerald Earl Gillum) had been partying at a nightclub after his concert on Wednesday and had become belligerent. According to video allegedly taken inside the club, G-Eazy was seen passing out shots of alcohol to his entourage, which included girlfriend Halsey and singer Sean Kingston.

Several security guards were said to have approached the 'You Got Me' rapper to ask him to calm down. G-Eazy allegedly threw punches at the guards, hitting one in the face multiple times.

Police took G-Eazy into custody and were said to have discovered cocaine in the rapper's pocket.

According to TMZ, G-Eazy is still in police custody. He has not yet responded to reports of his arrest.
