Sam Frost admits she wet herself during a Bachelorette date with Michael

Sam Frost is just like us. She gets her heart broken, she dusts herself off and tries again, and she has ultra-humiliating date moments.

She shared one of the latter from the recent first season of The Bachelorette during her debut as Rove McManus's co-host on 2DayFM's new breakfast radio show. In one date moment that didn't air on TV, Sam peed in her pants.
