The Biggest Loser host Fiona Falkiner may be happily dating someone new, but that doesn't mean she wants all of Australia to know the details of her love life.

In fact, the 33-year-old, who has been hit with "Who's the mystery man?" speculation since she revealed she's dating a Sydney restaurateur, refreshingly wants to protect her relationship from becoming a media spectacle.

That means no loved-up Instagram selfies or mushy Snapchat videos.

"It's a different world we came from," she told TV Week. "I'm trying to keep him out of that world as much as possible so we can experience this as normal people."

The model, who is a celebrity ambassador for eHarmony, conveniently met her man on the very online dating site that she's been spruiking.

"He's amazing," she gushed. "I've been on dates with other guys I met on the site, but with him it felt instantly really comfortable. He's caring and down-to-earth."

But while the TV host may not want to divulge nitty gritty details about her new man right now, she did disclose her own dating dos and don'ts during a recent interview with TheFIX. Maybe he should give it a watch…
