Fans slam Jessica Simpson over 'scary' lip fillers

Looks like Jessica Simpson's embracing the trout pout in a big way.

The 34-year-old singer's been slammed on social media for allegedly overdoing the lip fillers, with fans tearing apart her latest "scary" Insta-snap with hubby Eric Johnson above. How crazy are the before and after snaps?

"Something is wrong with your face," one Simpson fan said. "Did you just get your lips injected?"

Another added: "Jess normally looks so beautiful… but she looks so scary here. Is that even her?"

It's no secret the sexy songstress has slimmed down, dropping a massive 27 kilos after the birth of her second bub Ace last year.

But could lip injections be the cherry on top of the transformation cake? Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Dr William Bruno seems to think so.

"It appears she's had a lip filler," he told Life & Style. "Her upper lip appears larger than her lower lip. This will probably last for about a year."
