In the film, Eric plays a New York police officer who joins forces with a priest who is schooled in the rituals of exorcism.

Together they try to combat the various possessions that are terrorising their city. Eeek! No wonder he didn't get any shut-eye!

Directed by The Exorcism of Emily Rose and Sinister's Scott Derrickson, Deliver Us From Evil is out now in Australian cinemas.
